The riff raff became so useful after the 4 month sleep regression. Our baby always had to be rocked to sleep and now we are having success getting her to drift off by herself. The lullaby also relaxes me. I used to find it so frustrating sitting beside her and soothing her while she drifted, but the lullaby is calming that I get nowhere near is frustrated.
