Birthday Buddies Collection

By purchasing any item from our Birthday Buddies Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • This collection will commence dispatching on Monday, May 19th, 2025, in the order most efficiently determined by Riff Raff.
  • Standard shipping is the only option available.
  • Orders containing other items will ship together with our Birthday Buddies Collection; no separate shipments will be made.
  • All items from this collection will ship from our Australian store.
  • Personalisation must be added during purchase. Any personalisation requests cannot be accommodated after order confirmation.
  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Any order that will be flagged by our system as medium or high risk and orders with high value might require an ID verification for security purposes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being purchased for the purpose of reselling at a profit.
  • USA orders: Orders shipping to the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs. These fees are not included in your order total and must be managed and paid by the recipient upon delivery.


Kiko & Bao Collection

By purchasing any item from our Kiko & Bao Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Preorder will be available in limited time only.
  • The estimated dispatch time is mid July 2025.
  • Kiko & Bao will ship from our Australian store.
  • Orders containing other Riff Raff items will ship together with the Kiko & Bao collection; no separate shipments will be made.
  • All pre-orders are final and excluded from Riff Raff's change of mind policy. No refunds will be given for change of mind.
  • Any personalisation requests cannot be accommodated after order confirmation.
  • Selecting express shipping options does not guarantee priority dispatch; all orders will be processed in the order most efficiently determined by Riff Raff.
  • Any order that will be flagged by our system as medium or high risk and orders with high value might require an ID verification for security purposes.
  • Should the product become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum viable quantities are not reached, customers will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative product.

 

Rainbow Bunnies Collection

By purchasing any item from our Rainbow Bunnies Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • This product will commence dispatching on Monday, February 24th, 2025.
  • Your order will be sent within a 6-week period, in the order most efficiently determined by Riff Raff.
  • We cannot add personalisation after purchase.
  • Limited edition items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
  • Your order cannot be split into separate shipments and will be sent via Standard Australia Post only.
