Riff Raff offers personalisation on some products, so you can add your baby's name and make it extra special.

• Sleep Toy comforters and Wash Day Spares — personalised using Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
• Hooded Towel sets — personalised using embroidery

We do not offer personalisation on any other Riff Raff Products, including but not limited to; Big Besties, Pram Toys and Books.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (Sleep Toy Comforters and Wash Day Spares)

You can add up to 12 characters (including spaces), plus hearts, stars or moons if you like.

Colour: Available colours are shown on our website. Use our real-time personalisation tool to preview how it will look on the product (colours may look slightly different on screen compared to the finished product). The whole name and any symbols are printed in one colour only — we can't do multiple or alternating colours.

Font: We use "Architects Daughter." Our online tool shows a preview of your text and its position, though there may be small differences between the preview and the final product. You can also view the font [here].

Letter height: Letter size may vary slightly depending on how many characters you use (up to 12), but is typically around 2cm tall.

Embroidery for Hooded Towel Sets

You can add up to 12 characters (including spaces). Symbols aren't available for embroidery — letters only.

Embroidery is added to the towel only, not the mitt.

Colour: Available colours are shown on our website, and you can preview them using our live personalisation tool (colours may look slightly different on screen compared to the finished product).

Font: We use "Block 1." Our online tool shows a preview of your text and its position, but it can't accurately show the actual embroidery size — see the sizing guide below.

Letter height: Letter size changes depending on how many characters you use, to keep the text in proportion:

Wait Times for Personalised Products

We aim to get your personalised order out as quickly as possible, but because this work takes care and precision, it can take up to 3 business days after you order to complete the personalisation and dispatch it.

Choosing express shipping or click & collect won't shorten this 3-day personalisation time, it only speeds up delivery once the item leaves us.

*Personalisation for Riff Raff Rarities may take longer, timing will be shared when each product launches.

Spelling Errors/Order Changes

Since every name is unique, it's your responsibility to check the spelling and capitalisation before completing your order.

You'll get an order confirmation by email — please check it carefully to make sure the name is spelled correctly.

If you spot an error (spelling or colour), contact us straight away at hello@riffraffbaby.com so we can fix it.

Our team usually starts personalising your order within hours of you placing it. If you request a change after the pal has been pressed, we will not be able to make the change.

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we're only able to accept returns or exchanges if the item is faulty — so please double check your order before it's placed.

Caring for Personalised Products

Your Riff Raff pal is made to handle everyday use and is machine washable. To help it last:

If it's a Sleep Toy: Take the soundbox out first, then:

• Wash cold or warm only (avoid hot water)
• Wash separately, or use a delicates bag
• Can be tumble dried on warm, by itself, to restore fluffiness

If it's a Wash Day Spare or Hooded Towel: Follow the same washing steps above (no soundbox to remove).

If your item is personalised (any product): Line dry only — this helps protect the vinyl or embroidery and keep it looking its best for longer.

Once your pal is home with you, day-to-day care is in your hands. We recommend checking it regularly to help make sure it stays safe for your child to use as intended.
