How to handle daylight savings / time changes?
Daylight saving shifts can nudge your baby’s body clock. The smoothest approach is to adjust in small steps (about 10–15 minutes per night) and keep your familiar routine (comforter + lullaby/white noise) exactly the same. Expect a couple of off nights, then things usually settle.
Try tonight
- Begin shifting bedtime in small steps toward the new time.
- Keep the same order of cues (Raffy included) to anchor sleep associations.
- Be consistent—even if there are slight disruptions for a night or two.

Racky ★★★★★
I first got my daughter a Riff Raff when she was 1 as I tried so many comforters and nothing seemed to settle her. She straight away attached to it. These are honestly the best comforters and worth every penny—thank you Riff Raff team, you have saved me from sleepless nights.

Amazing Product! ★★★★★
Our 4-month-old loves it. If he wakes at night and isn’t hungry, the lullaby/white noise helps him settle back to sleep. It’s soft, calming and a perfect cuddle buddy—highly recommend!

The best thing since sliced bread! ★★★★★
We press Raffy’s ear for every sleep so our daughter links the calming melody with bedtime. We can already see she’s growing attached—exactly the soothing cue we wanted for smooth nights.
