What about catnaps (short naps)?
Short naps of 30–45 minutes are common in young babies as sleep cycles mature. Rather than over-correcting, use the same calming cues you use at bedtime (comforter + gentle sound) and give baby a brief chance to resettle. Nap length usually stretches with consistency and time.
Try tonight
- Use Raffy immediately at the nap cue.
- Let baby resettle within ~5 minutes if the nap is short.
- Don’t overcorrect too quickly—stay consistent for several days.

Sleep savior! ★★★★★We absolutely LOVE our Riff Raff sleep toy!! We were struggling to get our 2mth old baby girl to sleep longer than 20–30 minute cat naps... enter Kirra Koala (we just call her “Raffy”)... we’re now getting proper day naps of 45–60 mins for her short naps and up to 2.5 hours for her long nap! Raffy is secured to the side of the bassinet and bubs snuggles her cheek into her. Raffy comes everywhere with us; car/pram/bed. Thank you RiffRaff!

I never thought anything would work with this little dude. ★★★★★After hearing a few good reports on these guys I decided to try one out with our son Gus... A very unpredictable sleeper and short napper, we were willing to try anything. One afternoon nap (the hardest) I decided to try little Raffy. Success! Gus calmed down straight away and fell asleep quicker than usual. Now he has great day naps and we are slowly getting our nights sorted. Thank you so so much!

Great addition to our bedtime routine ★★★★★I thought my daughter was a good sleeper and then I bought a Riff Raff & Co Sleep Toy... her cat naps ceased and she was able to have longer restful naps during the day. These toys are super soft to touch. I use the lullaby during her bedtime routine then the white noise/heartbeat while she sleeps. I love that the soundbox is removable and the toy is machine washable.
